Where do you ship Carbliss products?
Due to alcohol regulations, we currently ship to select states. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area. All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for beverages?
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on alcohol. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there was an error in your shipment, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.
